Nat is a marketing strategist & Founder of HOM. With over 30 years experience, Nat has expertise in current marketing, technology & AI creating strong brand and lead generation for clients. Nat is a FCPM (Fellow & Certified Practicing Marketer) with the AMI.
Nat is married, mum to two young adult lads and enjoys painting, people, puppies, pinot noir, pilates and planes to new places.

Cat is married and mum to a gorgeous daughter. We could say she speaks 'proper English' after living in the UK for 20 years. Cat is incredibly talented and such a pleasure to work with.
It would be remiss of us not to mention two very important people in our team here as well.
Ben Ulhman, our very clever developer who does the really hard stuff when we get stuck. (If an agency tells you they never get stuck during a new complex website build, tread with caution!) Ben is an experienced coder and assists us when we are pushing websites live or changing details in the far reaches of technical land. Ben has worked with us for 7 years and is a trusted and very valuable part of our team. The fact that he is a genuinely nice guy, hubby and wife of two gorgeous little lads, who still finds time to do things late at night to help our clients, is admirable.
The gorgeous Renee Brazel has also worked with us for nearly 10 years and is an extraordinary photographer, videographer, drone expert and all round creative. Renee makes clients feel at ease whether she is taking headshots, creating videos at events, recording corporate video content or a myriad of other content creation tasks. Renee is married and a mum to two gorgeous boys. She is often seen photographing the boys and wild flora in amazing ways on long weekends.
